What this notebook refuses

两面分工，不混发：长文走 ARTICLES，三千字起、中英对照； 短想走 NOTES，三言两语就好。
Two faces, kept separate. Long pieces ship to ARTICLES — ≥ 3000 字, both sides. Notes ship to NOTES — brief, once, done.
